SHOP POLICIES

If you would like a design other than the ones available for purchase, contact me with your design request. Sometimes, different designs can be found on the Deuces Mercado Facebook page but are not available on the online store.  Should you want one of these, there is not an additional charge.  Simply add your request in the notes section at checkout.

If you would like to inquire about custom work, provide any pertinent details in a message.  I will send you an estimate within 24 hours. A digital design fee is applicable for detailed designs unless either 1) you provide a digital design in svg or pdf format or 2) you choose a pre-existing Deuces Mercado design. Once the estimate has been approved and paid, I will start creating your order. 

I do my best to complete orders as quickly as possible. Each item is designed and pressed to perfection by me. Most items are ready for shipment or pickup within a few days. However, to be safe, please allow 2 weeks for me to create the perfect items for you. If your need by date is close, please contact me about rush service and/or upgrading your order to expedited shipping. Rush service is available for purchase with all in stock blank items.

Please understand, Deuces Mercado does not accept exchanges or returns for custom made items. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact me so I can make it right. I want you to be happy with your new swag.
